Hi All,
My hubby has received his sa on Sep 16th and our file is sent to Sydney for processing.
Now that we have an UCI number I'll try to link my file. I wonder what the next step will be. They asked if we have not done my medical upfront to do it now and to pay for the landing fee if I haven't done. I'll be paying the fee today so not uncessary procrastination will occur. Please enlighten me what can possibly be the next steps? Thank you all.

1. Once you complete an upfront medical exam, a proof or an upfront medical report will be given to you.

2. After the fees have been paid, you'll get a proof of payment (receipt).

You'll then have to send a copy of these two to the visa office in Sydney.

I've done my medical upfront. All I need to pay now which I'll do right away is the landing fee. I wonder if I can scan the receipt and send it electronically. Would you mind to guide me in that? Another question. I have an active RN license from the Netherlands, I am contemplating to go and work there while my application is being processed. I won't keep my residential address in Australia. Will that change anything on my case? Will it delay my case and if there will be an interview where will that take place, Australia or the Nerherlands?
I really would like to know before I make my decision whether I'll be moving to the Netherlands again or not. I'm citizen of both countries still.

Oh that got me worried even more. :'(. Thinking the factvthat I got SA and believed my file transfered to Ankara since ECAS says we started to process your application .....! So that's weird.something us not right with mybapplication

Why are you concerned? If you have SA, and ECAS shows that your file is being processed, then you're good to go.

I paid my fees online and a copy of my receipt was automatically generated. You'll have an option to email or print a copy of that receipt. You can also save it and email it directly to your visa office.

You have to notify CIC about your situation though. The reason why they had your file transferred to Sydney, Australia is because that is your home address and country as per your application. If you're going to be out of Australia while your application is in process (and will no longer be using the address they have on file), then, it is really really important that you let them know.

I couldn't read all your previous posts(as i m in office currently) but I guess you are the applicant and thats y u r worried about medical.

Well You shouldn't worry about it as many people do the medical later when asked to do so. In your case you did upfront medical. SO its the panel physician's duty to send your medical report to CIC through his login with them. They also give you a copy of the medical receipts. You should also request a copy of your medical results for your record. I got my husband's medical results copy from the clinic. In my case the clinic was very uncooperative & in another city. Therefore, i called them and called them and when i got tired, I still called them ....eventually within a week they sent me results via email ;D I printed out the results and receipts and included it in my application package.

I would encourage you to call the clinic and follow up with them about sending records and request them to send it again if they indeed had sent it earlier.

Once you get the results of medical you can choose to send it to CIC through webform (though not necessary). Secondly you can email a scan to visa office by requesting their email or use courier.

I don't think the doctors would release the results. Our clinic simply said they have sent the information to CIC and we have to wait to hear from them but they also said if something was abnormal, they would call us back but since they didn't call, we assumed everything was normal.

This is the note on our medical record:

"Any further queries about your visa application and/or your health examination results should be directed to your CIC visa officer. Staff at a panel clinic will not be able to help you with these queries." I

you shouldn't be worried, if there was something with your medical results, they would have called you back. Have you ordered your notes? maybe there will be some information there...summer was a busy time for CIC. There could have been a student who worked on your application and simply forgot to add your medical results human errors happen all the time don't stress out, everything will be fine

Hey everyone!

I finally sent the application to sponsor my wife on August 19th and they received it on the 23rd, I know that because of the tracking number Canada Post gave me. I managed to link the application to MyCiC thanks to some users that showed how to do it properly and saw that the medical is passed and that it is open; at least I know something good! There were some comments about the offices having a 5 day of work delay, that's probably why I haven't receive SA or any email at all . Either way, I'm very happy and anxious to see my wife that I can't stop looking at my email or MyCiC hahaha

I know it seems unattainable but i was able to retrieve the data from them ;D Below is the email thy sent me. I don't know how to attach screenshots here. I will figureout if we can attach pics in thread n share it i had received copy of his blood tests and x-ray scan

The PR side that says "We started processing _______'s application on September 15, 2016." is proof you got SA even though you never seemed to have gotten the correspondence. I got that same message show up on the PR side the same day I got my SA email. When I got my SA email my Sponsorship Application side went to "Decision Made" as well a week later, but I never got a new line or anything confirming approval, that came in the email.

Yeah, I'm not worried since I got confirmation over the phone and through ECAS. My CIC is still not working though despite me calling as well as reporting the technical issue. I'll try to call again soon to see if they can help me.
