Hello Guys,

(please bear with my grammar here :D)

Can somebody please help/give some suggestion regarding changing lastname (Acquiring my husband lastname). We got married in Canada a year ago and proceed to Outland Sponsorship application but on our application I still used my lastname (before married). Now, passport soon to expired and planning to renew it very soon... My question is, should I still use my lastname OR my husband last name?... My worried is, if i use my husband lastname, would that affect to our application?

your comments/suggestions much appreciated Cheesy. Thank you guys.

Use your name!

When ur application is complete then u can file for a change of name and also u can renew ur passport with the new name. But for now , i suggest to use ur maiden name. Don't complicate things for yourself.

I ordered notes around Dec 15 (received around Jan 15) and they showed nothing. Thinking of ordering again in early Feb. The annoying thing is the notes are already one month old by the time you receive them.

Yeah that's why I'm waiting to order. I'm thinking by the first of February there might be some movement on our application. (hopefully)
