Msbigshot, i was able to call CIC hotline, they got the receipt number that I've received after paying for the application.. The agent said nothing came up in his system.. He tried other options but still nothing.. He told me that if it was not received by Mississauga, the application would have been returned to me.. But i didn't get anything.. He sent a verification letter to CIC office regarding my situation.. Oh dear.. I'm So worried..

I would wait until next week when they update the dates that they are processing. Until then they will just say that your file is within their posted timeline. We sent our app. August 6 and had it returned for no reason. Sent it back and they received it on Sept.30. Got an AOR from them last week via e-mail. I was hoping it was an SA but at least we know it's been received and looked at. With that we finally got a UCI number so we can follow what's happening. Good luck.

Looks like we are heck and neck, lets see what happens. According to the agent we should haveSA by next week then. Good luck!

Husband called CIC today. Folks we have SA! She said we weren't notified because the VO sending out the notification which would be Mississauga (?) Was backed up.. Officer also said they'll be in contact with me on or before January 27th!!!!
