Another August applicant received MR too.
So first week of August applicants here will start posting MR receipt any moment

I sent a reference letter from my manager through email and CPC Ottawa responded that they have updated along with my application.

So please let me know when will be the right time to apply GCMS?

Nothing wrong in applying GCMS notes to make sure all letters attached to the application.
However I see u applied on 2nd August so chances are you will get medical before your GCMS arrives.

I will suggest apply for GCMS whenever u make any updates in applications.
