Before we get MR does CIC chages any status on CIC.GC.Ca?? Like we started processing your application etc?? I am August 2 applicant status still shows Application Received

Usually you get MR and then they change the status, but don't rely on ECAS it's updated in batches and not with
the status of individuals. Hang in there, you're close to your MR.

My eCAS still says "Application Received", even after my MR has arrived.

I would not take the application status in eCAS too literally.

Its not true in all cases. Still 40% of July applicants yet to receive MR

What if some users are simply inactive and not reporting back that they've received MR?

Has there been cases where CIC sent medical request by regular mail rather than e-mail? I got my AOR by regular mail as opposed to email. After that I notified CIC to send all future correspondence to my email address and even gave them a call about 2 days after the fact to verify that my e-mail address was correct and they acknowledged that they had my correct email address on file.

60% MR received for July applicants. Now August started.

I see there is a long streak of July Applicants who applied on July 15th but did not receive MR yet. I am guessing most of those who applied on 15th are MIF (missing in forum).

they will send by post if you did not select contact by email.assuming your change went through then it should arrive by email.however if i was you id be checking my post daily.

Also some applicants are saying they received email as late as 10.45pm I dunno if thats just when they checked email but the way they say it it sounds like thats when it was received.

The August spread sheet looks nice and organised thank you to whoever that was, Id be real proud if August manages to fill it them selves without stuffing it up. May June and July all have locked it so only one person can fill it,but I think we are better than that.

I have quick question. Whats the BIODATA request....? I got My medical on 8t March, sat around 11.30am Application was recieved on 8th August. And i got the BIODDATA form attached along. This what we get we are suppose to get along Mediccal or.. anything else too?

And whats the net step after submission of Medical...?
