Hi folks,
I received my medical on 7th march and received my RPRF request today. I sent my medical and RPRF details today.

However, nothing was mentioned about bio-data in the email. can you please suggest should I send my bio-data or wait for cec response.

That's interesting. It seems some people got a biodata request with their RPRF request; others didn't. It makes sense that if CIC doesn't ask for information, you don't need to provide it.

I agree. If they don't ask for it, I would not provide the form. It's a different story if they, in their email, ask for the biodata form
but forget to attach it tho.

it isnt uncommon to have ecas status in process before medical is sent. It just means that your file is on a desk and not in a stack,expect med request in the next day or two.good luck and congrats. there is a column on spread sheet for when your status changes

I got an email for FBI clearance and PCC for India.
Also got RPRF request.
Wondering why medical is still pending.
How much time does it takes to get FBI and PCC certificate.
Dead line to submit same is 60 days

PCC for India takes 6-8 weeks, so apply asap.
FBI should be within 4 weeks

and MR - wait for a week if not then email and ask them.

Mostly MR comes first, then RPRF and Biodata.

Btw why you took long to submit PCC and FBI ? you should done at the time of application. I am saying because for PCC I got it in 6 weeks and for my wife it took 4 months - which is too long.

Got request for PCC of Hong Kong. Medical was done upfront, and ECAS shows medical results received.

OHH..My Lawyer said we can do if they ask. And also PCC has time limit else its not valid.

PCC should not be 3 months old at the time of Application submission.
I will suggest first go to Indian Embassy and inquire about PCC, if you get it in 4-6 weeks you are all set else you will have to inform CIC that you have applied for PCC and its taking time.

Well in my wife's case her passport was issued in India using Tatkal method, so there was not Police verification done. I sent few documents to India to my Brother and he followed up with Police office and I got PCC after 4 months for her.
If your Police verification done during passport issuance then you should get it in 4-6 weeks.

My Passport was renewed in Toronto and fro My husband in LA 2- 3 years.
Not sure if Pc was doen at that time or not

Hopefully you should be fine as the passport renewed in Toronto, but go to BLS office they do PCC for India and submit the application asap also make sure if you dont get your PCC in 5 weeks then follow up with them.
