File Transfer date: Is it the same date when we get PR? If not then which date is it? and does CIC inform us through email when they transfer the file to CPC-Ottawa?

File Transfer date is not the PR Date. The AOR email will tell you that "Your file is now being transferred". You will not get any mail when the file is actually being transferred.

Guys March Break has started, people usually go on vacation...I speculate August applicants should expect MR Monday onward.

There is a very good chance because july is pretty much done. Some people may argue otherwise stating that some july applicants are still waiting for MR. Well then, June is not done in that case because there are still some applicants waiting for MR lol. August has pretty much started. Trust me even though its only an educated guess
