Now CIC reopened my case and I had received medical for my wife. However I am back to India,
I had sent email to CIC that i returned from Canada from 21 June 2013. Please advise how to proceed further.. Thanks

And now I tried again after receiving AOR, they refused again stating that I am in India, not in Canada. I have the refusal email from my employer. But I don't know what to do next.
So I am trying to figure how good the chance will be without the reference letter. I have submitted all the supporting documents and more.

iam_toby said:Second that. The only thing that's worth a try is submitting as many supporting documents as possible. Records of Employment, job offer, pay stubs etc.
I can't guarantee that it's going to work, but this essentially provides all the information mentioned in the reference letter.
iam_toby said:They do, most of the times because mistakes were made on CICs side.
