[size=10pt]CORRECTION [/size]- Sorry Androme. Actually, RCMP will send the certificate to YOUR ADDRESS within 72 hours. Then, you will have to send the document to CIC.

RCMP will NOT send the clearance certificate to CIC directly. My apologies for the misinformation earlier.

I have requested gcms notes a week ago.. no progress on my application status on ecas over a month now after completing medicals.. Emailed CIC once and they notified no medicals have been received yet and now I have asked them again after finding out when the doctor sent the results to CIC. Awaiting their response. Anyone else in this situation?? Let me know.

Hi,

If you doctor really sent the results through e-medicals then CIC should have received. If CIC confirms that they have not received, then send the barcode sheet with IME number to CIC which you have used for Medicals.

Thanks for the response Hope Inshallah. I will wait for the CIC to respond again. Hopefully it is positive otherwise I will send the bar code sheet to them.

I am just trying to find if there is any order in which they pickup the file for processing.

Just submitted my passports today after receiving the request on Tuesday, May 28th. Now, the last part of the waiting game begins
I thank all the members of this forum, specially this thread, who have been supportive with their comments, their useful information, their humour too !!!
For all those waiting for MR, PPR request, all the very best !!! Just hang on a bit more and you should be reaching close to the finishing line too !!! And this forum has enough people/friends to provide a helping hand, whenever needed.

Hi, Everyone.

This is my first post. I have read this thread on and off again for the last 2-3 months. Since many of you already got your medical requests, I am getting kinda nervous about my situation. I applied for PR under CEC on Aug 23 and got AOR on Sep 13. I have not gotten my med request and PC request yet. Should I send my PC and md check before they request? When I checked out my status on line, it says ''We received your application for permanent residence on August 23, 2012.''

Any advice will be helpful and congrats to all of you who already got approved.
