the spreadsheet is ready for everybody to send on tuesday! :-) the last part is especially stressful when you are trying to make sure you didn't forget anything, but it feels good when it's in the post office! :-)
Make sure that you have a tracking system with the post (or any other service you are using) because you might not get an AOR right away from Mississauga, so it's best to have your own tracking system, at least you know that your application arrived safe.
Good luck,
Sweden

Yes we're definitely sending it registered to avoid worrying about where it is and such. Very good advice for everyone to follow though, it's worth the investment.

Oh, I'm so so sorry! I though all people here in this thread are Filipinos. Sorry, my bad.

Let me do this again:

Hello everyone, I'm Van. I'm new here in this forum. I'm also applying for Visa/Family Class Sponsorship. I have some question regarding on my documents.

-NSO Birth Certificate
-NSO Marriage Certificate
-Advisory on Marriage
-Police Clearance
-NBI Clearance

Are these documents required to have Red Ribbon/DFA Authenticated?

Thank you! :D

Hey Van,

welcome! :-) and good luck with your application.

I think you would have better luck posting the question ( now that I understand it!) in the Manilla thread as they are very country specific - unless somebody from the same VO here can answer.
Otherwise you can try on the thread for Manilla http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/spouse-family-class-timeline-manila-visa-office-philippines-t40680.23805.html

Good luck,
Sweden

NSO Birth Certificate
NSO Marriage Certificate
Advisory on Marriage
Police Clearance
NBI Clearance

lahat po ba ito ay required na may Red Ribbon/DFA Authenticated?
Salamat po! :D

Kababayan, Accdg to Instruction guide, For the Philippines
The following original documents are required for you (principal applicant, regardless of age) and for each of your dependent children, if applicable:
•Birth Certificate
•Marriage Certificate
•Death Certificate
•No record of marriage (CENOMAR) or Advisory on marriages
These documents must be issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) and printed on NSO paper.

NBI- We just attach the original police document.

so i guess its not required to be Red Ribbon/DFA Authenticated.

Thanks!

Wow thanks louie_ann! That's great. Now I don't have to worry about going to DFA again and I can focus on other requirements! Kudos to you kababayan!

We're most definitely doing this as well. No way I'm sending that baby out on its own, lol!

Just got back from doing the medical for my husband this morning.

Medical completed on August 7, 2012.

Kabayan! Manila will be my VO and my medical was done last April 28,2012. It took sometime for my husband to gather some additional documents as evidence. I started a thread for Manila applicants

I had my medicals done back in May. Hopefully we'll be between the lucky ones and not have to repeat it a year from now...
