I did this last week but be aware it can take up to 30 days to hear anything back.
An agent suggested that I reapply today so I did... fingers crossed

My BG is not completed even though IRCC says that they have received the Finger Prints on July 9, I am think of submitting GCMS notes and see what happening, could you pls tell me what 'type of Record' I need to request'?Good morning, everyone. I just received the GCMS notes that was ordered on July 7th, 2023. My test and BG check are completed since July 6th, however since then there is no update, still waiting for LPP. As per my notes, primary office is Vancouver, however, the LPP looks like has been assigned to RC8090, which is CPC Sydney office?
For those who received prior email from Vancouver VO, if your file is stuck and pending for LPP review, check and see if the process has been assigned to Sydney. One can only tell from GCMS notes.
Under GCMS notes, it also says E-Grant Review Ready PM01 (Vancouver Citizenship - Paper File). The problem is that my file is electronic not sure why it says paper file.

There maybe slight differences in your Entry/Exit dates. (Even though you have crossed 3 years)
They may want to verify that.
Just an update on my end.
Had my zoom oath ceremony today. I'm official Canadian now. Thank you guys for all the support.
One thing though:
I wrote the office right away that I would like an in person ceremony, immediately when I got the email for the online oath. This was on July 28th. No response until today. A called I think on the 4th and they told me to attend to the online ceremony if I didn't hear back.
So unfortunately it was a super wired thing online. Doesn't feel official at all.
Regarding my requested printed certificate: I could have still opted for that, even though I received the email for e-certificate. You only have to wait up to 2 weeks instead of 2-5 business days.
If anybody has questions I try to help as much I can.

Thanks for the reply. I travelled to US (seattle from/to Victoria) for work and vacation for couple of days each time in the past 2-3 years by ferry. But my arrival/departure are not updated all times and my passport was not stamped. I don't know how to prove my entry/exit dates.

Q: Can anyone with their experience suggest, when should we expect the Oath Ceremony Email and the process to start and also if I get a date that falls during the time I’m travelling (August end) - what should I expect with the rescheduling process ? Are they accommodative or they just put you on a dead hold like the IRCC phonelines Lol … Does it throw me back by few weeks or does it throw me back by months for another Date of Oath ..? My Travel Plans are unavoidable with all the bookings already done and I‘m praying that the oath process starts in 1st week of september when we’ll be back in Canada already.

ThanksDepends -> For my wife, the background was showing as 'In Progress' for about 10 days after mine got 'completed'. Initially thought, its the process but later found that fingerprint request was sent to her email. We did 15 days after the fingerprint request was sent, but her background check got cleared in approx 15 Business days. If RCMP finds no match, they give the clearance in 3 days but the rest of the time is about the sending/ receiving mails and when the officer opens ur record. Since this happened on the same timelines when we had to complete our citizenship test, it did not feel like eating time
They received my Fingerprints on July 9th and the BG check was completed on July 10th. No updates since then. My wife's file BG was autoatically completed and no fingerprint request. citizenship test completed July 04. No update since then. We applied from Toronto. On the waiting boat for LLP to be completed.

What do you guys suggest - should I file Canadian citizenship for my 5 years old who is a US citizen. Pros and Cons?
I have received that today as well. Scanned copy of all pages of my passport. Anyone else have already completed this step in past?
I have also received an interview request, which is virtual over MS Teams.? What can we expect in the interview other than the document verification?
