It's been over 30 days since January 7 since my profile sections were all updated to 'Completed' except Oath Ceremony which shows(Not Started). Is it a good idea for me to contact the scheduling office to politely ask if there's anything i can help with? Or is it too early?

I would not do that! You are still much ahead than 2020
2019 applicants.

Hello all,

I did some probability calculations assuming a normal distribution for the number of days between Test Date and Oath letter date. The sample was taken from folks who applied in March and April 2021. The sample size was not huge, only 35 so take the results with a grain of salt.

Here are the results and I hope it provides some clarity and eases anxiety for all.

AFAICT, it depends entirely on the whims of the person working your case. Usually, fingerprinting and background check happen before the test, but I got the fingerprinting request at the same time as my test invite and others have that too.
Right about this one....I was also surprised when my background verification request came more than a week after I completed my test!

The question I have for the folks that have their oath letters, how does the process work. Is it online or in person?...The reason I ask this question is recently after my BG verification I had to move out of the province where I filed my application, Should I update my address at this point, or if the oath is online then can I be present within Canada?...Appreciate your inputs.

It is online until further notice .As long as you are not leaving the country, you should be fine.If you are moving to a different province permanently then you need to update your address with IRCC.You will destroy your pr card after taking the oath and you will not be able to come back to Canada without one.
