i linked my application but it says "Based on the information you entered, we found no applications." and i am sure on the informations that i entered

Received medical request today and now waiting on SA.

hi teddyhlc when the first time you link your app does it says that they found no application? cause I have trouble in linking my acc and I gave the correct info that matches to our papers but they keep on saying that there is no application found, now I am going to wait for 24hrs to link it again

You can. However, PA has to sign the form Use of representative. Otherwise, application may get returned.

Make sure that for number of applicants you include the sponsor, so if there are no dependants you would fill in 2: PA + Sponsor

we have no dependants, I thought the sponsor was not included because he's already a PR, well I'll try that again tom. thank you so much.
