Received medical request today and now waiting on SA.

Nice.....they requested that I resend my husband Background Check again which I uploaded this morning.

Nope.. SA= Sponsorship Approval, then medical gets uploaded and the application is sent to the principal applicant’s visa office in their country for background check and potential interview and or passport request, then PR is granted or denied at that stage.

In IMM008, can I write my address and email (sponsor residing in canada) instead of my wife who is residing in india (principal applicant). Also, do i need to fill use of representative form for that ?

You can. However, PA has to sign the form Use of representative. Otherwise, application may get returned.

Hello friends ,

can someone please tell me in additional family info form , i found that new option in which they have asked married physically presenft and physically not presesnt . For example , that form is basically for PA and so he is filling it up so he will select physically present for himself and select physically not present for his wife( sponsor) . Please correct me if my understanding is wrong. Thanks

If you got married when you both were physically together during your marriage then u hv to select physically present for both husband and wife, i repeat for both
