I think that should reflect "Married" as our status. That's the important docs that I will send, reflecting my spouse' name, along with Philhealth and SSS. Wala kasi akong ibang insurance benefits to submit

PA's name and DOB, along with the description need to be written on the back of each photograph to support the relationship.

Yung sa photos (2x) taken from a studio need to have your name, DOB, name of the studio and their address

Thank you for your response. You're right, I just double checked the checklist and it does state this. I wonder if this is a new requirement for the new application package as of December. I do not remember this being required for the old package.

thats interesting...never noticed. I didnt write down the DOBP on our photos and just put the names of the people in the picture, location, and caption describing the context.

They have updated IMM5232 form again in April 2017. Do u guys think we may face some troubles ? I guess most April applicants used old form.

there is usually a grace period where VO's will still accept the previous form before they stop....how long that grace period is is anyone's guess.

They updated the IMM 0008 form as well in March when my application was all done and sent to CIC

I checked form IMM5532 and compared to my current form and the only difference I see they've indicated where to sign with a hand pen symbol.. I cant open IMM0008 to compare..

my current form say Dec2016

there was nothing different in the March update for the IMM0008 form...only the form version in the bottom left corner of each page was updated

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum and submitted my application on 6th April. So far no replies from CIC let see how it work going forward

I hope this year with change in processing times the process will speed up

For the section where it asks for 3 supporting documents out of the 6 options between the sponsor and PA, I added my wife's name as a beneficiary to my bank account so I sent a copy of that. In addition I also sent a copy of a money transfer that I made to her and the last thing I sent was email exchanges between her and my parents. Do you guys think this would have been sufficient?
