No news for me today. A March 29 applicant who hasn't received SA yet has "In Process" on their PA side with a 3rd line saying they started processing their application (it looks like the application has already been forwarded to Ottawa) Maybe the CIC is just being sloppy about SA notifications right now.

I am a March 10 applicant and I never received SA either. Called CIC and they said my sponsorship was approved last week. eCAS changed to In Process in PA side as well, but no SA letter.

So I would suggest early April applicants to call in and see if their Sponsorship has been approved. If you get an agent who is unwilling to check your status, call in again until you get a helpful agent.

I saw in some other threads exactly what you're saying PLUS the agent said, their SAs were sent by regular mail. So I guess, CPC is consistent about being inconsistent. But one can only hope they update eCas at minimum.

Just a quick query.
How did you get the Principal Appicant UCI number, if you didn't receive SA?
Or was it reflected under your UCI number in ECAS?

Good Morning Everyone.. ECAS is working for me now.. but it is only showing the status of my husband's application. I wonder if the sponsorship application is approved or still in progress. Any comments :

I can't call just yet since I'm only at 36~ days, but I'll call as soon as I hit 41.

What makes absolutely no sense to me is that they're consistently handing out AORs and those used to be far more inconsistent. Oh well. CPC-M was on a good roll of being fast and efficient for a bit for a little bit at least.

Amans, it's most likely still in progress. SA is taking 41+ days lately.

Well I guess AOR should be sent to the sponsor's email...so far my husband didn't receive anything yet. I also keep checking my email (including spam folder)....just in case I know it's too early to start worrying...but I want to be sure that they won't send it back. Heh.

Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place... I am applying for spousal sponsorship for my partner, we live in New Zealand, my partner is a NZ citizen. We sent our application to the Mississauga office about 30 days ago and haven't heard anything if it has been received, etc. yet. Is this normal? Is there a phone number we can call? Just wondering if anyone else has experienced such a long wait time?
