Just looked at Air Canada for ticket prices for fun.... One-way tickets cost almost the same as round trip tickets..


That's kind of frustrating...

I have been following the threads here for a while now and just signed up. I must say there is an immense amount of knowledge to be gained from here.

I have applied for my spouse in April, 2014 and I am wondering if anyone can add the following info to the spreadsheet.

Did you call cic again? We will wait till Thursday, if we don't receive email from cic we will call again...

I'm so happy. Now starts another long waiting period.

Received SA this morning! Interestingly, the email said that our application has been forwarded to CPC-O - Case Processing Centre Ottawa, rather than Sydney (we are both living together in New Zealand at the moment). Any ideas on why they chose Ottawa? It’s a bit disappointing as the processing times in Sydney are very quick right now.

Is the applicant from the U.S. Sydney is faster than Ottawa ... hmmmmmmmmmmmm
