Even we do not know what's going on your application?

If it is possible then could you please share the return/notes from CIC which you got it.

Your experience is scaring the sh*t out of me

Well my boyfriend paid from his cc on March 19,2014 and his cc was charged on Mar ch 21,2014 though he mailed his file on March 22,2014.As per Canada post tracking facility they received it on March 24,2014. We have not heard back from cic regarding his file. If we do the calculation it is already more than two months . I am really confused about how does it work,Whether getting charged for the application means anything. Ecas still shows file not found. I guess all we can do is wait and watch .

As it goes for the payment proof i guess its settled, i have sent them the copy of the cic receipt( mandatory document if you are paying or have paid from cc - needs to be included with your application)

Did they find your application ineligible to be processed or did they start processing it and then later refused you a PR visa?

It sounds like they found your application to be complete and that is why they charged you the processing fee. However the part where you say they rejected your application, is not clear at what stage they did so. Please elaborate. Thanks!

This is so unusual!!
How can they return the file if they charged the CC. They should've asked for BC as an additional document. I'm not sure how would they know that your CC has been charged now since there isnt a file number. A file number has to be generated once the payment has been charged.

My file for FSW was rejected last year..the payment was charged and the file was rejected because of missing noc codes. It should've been returned to me and not rejected. But since they charged the card, they rejected it!

Well 3 pages of letter with several checklist - Missing payment,Missing this and that .So the letter which i received form cic along with my application - missing Birth certificate was marked as checked

and a letter stating that my file should reach them back before my nomination expires.

* A NOTE -If applicants no longer wish to submit their citizenship proof or grant application, they will be requested to indicate on the notice of incomplete application that they do not wish to submit their application. Since fees will already have been paid upfront, the applicant will be asked to return that notice letter with a copy of their fee payment, at the address indicated on the notice letter to obtain a refund.

3) Did you return back entire your application ? If yes then just highlights return note from CIC.

4) Did you submit your return application again then in which category? such as CEC/PNP/FSW

5) Did you pay to CIC or not?

I think you are under CEC forum. Better to join PNP or AINP forums.

Hi Everybody,
May I take this opportunity to thoroughly thank everybody posting so diligently on this forum to enable us to together unravel the mysterious, yet miraculously wonderful ways of CIC...

My Bank Draft was negotiated with the bank on May 29. Would someone please update the spreadsheet?

In light of the recent developments, having the Draft encashed does not seem to be any guarantee that my application is in order!

In any event, good luck to all still awaiting AORs this week. Hopefully not long now!
