I am not sure that you need RCMP requested email but I know some people they have submitted their RCMP fingerprint based certificate in advance with their initial application submission.nov_2014 said:Glad to hear April processing is fastened and couple of guys also received RCMP. Quick question - I and my spouse are Indian and we have a plan to go on vacation on 1st of July and return 1st of Sep 2014 to Canada. Incase if CRA requested RCMP either of us when we are in vacation, Do we have a facility to get RCMP done from India.
Alternatively I am also thinking to get RCM done upfront before 1st of July while we are in Canada. But I have heard to book an appointment, first you should received email request from CRA and need to show them in order to get it done. is it True? Is there way I can book an appointment for RCMP without having letter from CRA and submit it in advance.
You don't need any appointment to do this, just walk in to any RCMP accredited agency with your 2 pieces of government ids and they will submit your fingerprints to RCMP and then RCMP will send results to you. Once you have your results, you can send it to CIC.
