is it considered from the time they receive the application or from the time we get our AOR?

I got my GCMS today. This time electronic feedback instead a copy of my application.
I applied for it on Jul 9th but got it today. I requested the notes in email, but for some reason they sent me a cd.

Date CIC received my application: Apr 2, 2013
Status in ECAS: Application received

GCMS notes:
Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
Criminality: In progress
Medical: Not started

Nothing really interesting.

I have also received an email about my approval of my BOWP. Applied Jul 12, valid until Aug 12, 2014

Like some other people's my status was updated to 'decision made'. It doesn't help anybody here, since my application processing time is very unusual. But I hope that everybody will get their applications approved in not so distant future.

You are one lucky guy! You got everything within 6 months. Wow man!!!

Hi Guys,
Bad news for me.. My Application is rejected today as my English Test Score is not as per required. It says...

Your CELPIP test results indicate you scored 3H for Writing. Therefore, your language test results do not meet the required language proficiency for skill level 0.

Can I re-appear and submit the new score for same application or I have to re-apply with new application? Also if it is rejected from VISA office , Do I need to pay the fee again?

please advise guys

When did you send your first CEC application ? Did you receive AOR before you got the rejection letter?
Have you taken again the language test? Have you sumbitted a new application?

Yea you have to pay $5 if you go through the CIC websites. But there are two third party website. With some more options. It charge almost $30

It's free of charge if you are currently in Canada.

Yes you can apply for GCMS from anyways through online.

You can't apply if your are outside of Canada, A friend/relative/lawyer of yours who is currently staying in canada should request the notes on behalf of you.
