when you are sending the envelope just inside the envelope put a paper which mentions ur application number uci no date of birth category I did this way and der was no issue i got the passport back with the stamp

once you receive your medicals request and BIODATA and RPRD request after that usually how much time does it take for the PPR? I got my medicals done on 27th Jan and also send the Biodata form and RPRF fee on 28th jan. how much tym should i expect now?
