no approval for me yet... and i cant get through an agent...

since i received my AOR through email i guess my approval would be through email too

no...you should not......sounds like they mailed your approval instead of emailing!!!!! you should have by the end of the week hopefully!!! ;D

no fireluck....unfortunately it's not that way....that would make too much sense.....they have probably sent it via regular mail...are you able to log onto ecas yet and see if there is a "decision made" under the sponsor section?

i am checking it all the time... the status never changed from application received.

No - you should be jumping up and down! NO ONE gets denied. And if something was wrong they would contact you for more evidence, etc. You got APPROVED YAY!

I don't know what is happening at the Mississauga Call center. I have been calling for a week now trying to get an agent to talk to me. I have called first thing in the morning, and have called them during the day so many times that I am afraid my phone bill is going to get insane long distance charges. Is anybody else having a tough time getting their call through?

They don't even put you on hold, they just say "try your call later". What the hell is up with that? They used to put a call on hold until an agent is free

oh god I can't stand this waiting! Arrgghh! We've recently moved apartments too, so the mail must travel through the redirect loop first. I've recently learned that it takes 15 days to update an address with CIC.

fireluck I'm crossing my fingers for you today - really I am - we've both waited long enough now.
