Tried that. No luck! I just get the same message EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. "The agents are busy please call again later..." They don't put you on hold or anything. I have tried every time slot of the day and have been calling since last week everyday. No luck! :(

I did call CIC and they weren't really helpful. I told them about the situation and all they told me was you need to send in a Marriage Certificate. They did not indicate which document specifically they required. They did say that in case the document is not sufficient, they will let me know...
