I don't know what is happening at the Mississauga Call center. I have been calling for a week now trying to get an agent to talk to me. I have called first thing in the morning, and have called them during the day so many times that I am afraid my phone bill is going to get insane long distance charges. Is anybody else having a tough time getting their call through?

They don't even put you on hold, they just say "try your call later". What the hell is up with that? They used to put a call on hold until an agent is free

Call them between 8:17am and 8:20am by dialling 1-2-0 they will keep u on hold for 10 min then an agent will talk to u. i have called them several times and they always answer my call.

oh god I can't stand this waiting! Arrgghh! We've recently moved apartments too, so the mail must travel through the redirect loop first. I've recently learned that it takes 15 days to update an address with CIC.

I changed it via ecas as soon as I received the UCI, but it said please allow 15 days. My own fault though, should be more organized

We just got snail mail.... Sponsorship Approval!!! July23rd goes on to say that our app was sent to a VO aboard then goes on to say that based upon my US address my VO is Ottawa! yippee!!!! I'm not on the spreadsheet so I guess I won't get to turn blue LOL but I sure am tickled PINK!! also was able to log into e-cas with np on hubby's it shows decision made letter mailed July 23rd on mine it says app received and meds received!! went from nothing yesterday to all of it today!! GL to everyone else waiting!!!

WOW! Our spreadsheet is looking very blue. Congratulations to everyone. Those who are still waiting its your turn now! New Delhi VO has been super efficient as always, and got those passport requests out, and MobeyK and Fencesitter have had AORs from Hong Kong VO. Stage 2 is underway! 8)

I was surprised by that actually all the other Buffalo apps seem to have been sent off to LA or Seattle, and if they was going by address I'm only 2 1/2 hrs from NY, 1/2 hr from DC, but I sure ain't complaining... Thanks Everyone! It sure is a great feeling!
