Friends, one of the March applicants (see sagiyom1's post from May 24, 2010) received the refuse e-mail and there are some interesting words there:

This correspondence also acknowledges receipt of your Fee Payment Form (Imm5620) authorizing CIC to take payment of processing fees using the credit card details provided. Since your application is not eligible for processing, the credit card was NOT charged and no charges will appear on your credit card statement.

In other words CIC said that the charged card is the sign that your application is recommended for the further assessment at the visa office.

Do you have any official references? I think that most applicants suggest it only from other person's experience and any remarks from official documents will always be useful.

Purpose of this list or Thread is to track the application status of those applicants who applied in April 10 ... after checking the updates on the list it will gives u a ruff idea about the application status and approximate Timelines ..... off course every case has got its own merits, timelines mentioned in List does not guarantee the same situation for one's case but it will clearly give u an idea
