As I see it, it can not be said for sure if your application will be rejected or accepted on any day before you actually get the visa stamped on your passport.
Although I also believe that the probability of this lessens with each stage of processing the application goes through.
It is clearly stated in the application guide that the decision is taken by the VO at your local CHC so even after your file transfer and all those status changes one stands the risk of his/her application being rejected. There are unfortunate cases reported here on this forum where the application were rejected even after medicals.
All we can do is to assess our chance for approval with the prevalent set of rules and regulations and then wait for the decision from the authorities. we can speed up the process to a limited extent by submitting all the documents as early as possible etc.
But all we have to do is pray and stay positive (as if we have any other option
).
We can not change the factors that are not in our control by worrying about them.
