Hi Tukku,

Its not necessary though but what i advise ana is that she can attach the receipt just to be on safe side but its not necessary as its not in the checklist and applicants after 10th April without IELTS has started receiving CC/DD and AORs.

Thanks again for your prompt reply.When I receive my AOR and i have to submit Full documents do i need IELTS then?For initial application I never submitted it but is it mandatory in second stage when I have to send all applications?

Hi,

Yes you will need to supply your IELTS at the time of submitting full docs to your local visa office, this is the 10th April rule that you must submit the result and visa officer will not give you a second chance to submit, so you must need to submit IELTS with your other documents. Otherwise visa officer will make a deicision without your IELTS result which not be in your favour if you are getting major points from IELTS.

As far as my knowledge is IELTS is required for secondary applicant as well if you are claiming points for the language. am i right or wrong ?

IELTS is not required for the secondary applicant. Only the principal applicant can claim points for language.

Hi,

Yes we need to show the current amount and mostly people borrow money and what they do is after putting money into the account they take out the current balance statement from the bank which shows only current balance not the transaction and visa officer accepts that BUT its a risky option if you withdraw those funds and later at the medical/interview time visa officer ask you to provide 3 months statement then you will be in trouble and you will have to prove that these are actually your own funds and you got it by mean of selling some assets etc. But its recommended that you should leave that money in the account until you get your visa stamped.

This seems quite sensible and logical , we must mentain 12 months at least since we apply for 2nd stage.
Anyways, I have no reply of my 1st stage even after 63 days done. :-*

Bad News.... I called CIO yesterday and asked about my application process. They replied me that Application is Recieved by 12th April 2010 but according to the courier delivery it was there by 9th of April. In sum previous post i read that they consider the application received when they enter the detail in their system rite...?
any ways the bad news is that thay have started working on my application by the 10th of June and will take 10 more weeks
then i requested for my client ID number and i have been granted...

one question i wanted to ask you people, that once my application status is changed to " Application Received " still there is a chance of rejecting my application..?

in my understanding i dont think so.. becuz evry one who got there application back was never entered in the systems... m i rite Seniors..?

Hi,

No bro i dont think that entering the application into their system is a assurity that it wont be rejected because if that is the case then they would never ask you to wait for 10 more weeks. Waiting for 10 more weeks mean they are still reviewing the application and once they have made the decision they will contact you. But dont worry you will be alright Good Luck
