Hai Saki,
i have sent my application with the payment option through Credit card. They haven't charged me yet. What i have observed from the March applicant's were that those who have selected credit card option; it's been charged after 35-50 days, if you have applied from india.

Yes you are right, i have given my credit card details as well but still has not charged yet...i hope we all get AOR soon...

Dear all fellows must comment

I heard and read on CIC site that all application received in CIO NS after or on 10 April 2010 must contain an IELTS test report.....(mean : Copy of IELTS is Compulsory)

Thats mean we all who did not send their IELTS copies with their initial application.. will soon receive a big envelope of our same application we sent to them with a letter regarding non provision of IELTS evidence...:-(...

May i right..????

Hi,

I have attached a copy of my IELTS result score card to the application.
I don't know whether it was required/expected by CIC. Since I had already appeared for the test, it made sense to attach a copy and claim the highest scores. There is still confusion about whether we need to send a copy of the results to CIC or only to the local visa office at the time of full documentation. Most members believe that we need to send our IELTS results at the time of full application submission to the local visa office. I didn't want to take any chances and had already given the test. So attached a copy to my application.

anyway the worst thing i believe that can happen, should they decide that the ielts scores should be attached with the forms would be they would send the forms back, and ask you to attach whatever is needed. as per the checklist, it was mentioned not to send other supportig documents unless it was requested from you...

That's correct. As per the checklist, we are not required to send any supporting documents for FSW1 application when sending the initial application to CIC. I am sure that people will get a chance to submit the IELTS at the local visa office. Let's hope for the best!

hi there

I have a question on Proof of funds, I'm planning to submit a time deposit bank certificate. But this deposit is renewable every month and the account number changes everytime I renew it. Do you think this is OK? Has anyone tried this before?

Another thing, my passport is already brown but it is not yet machine readable, Do I still have to secure a machine readble passport?

Thanks a lot, and God Bless! ;D :D

hello guys it seems everybody is on their way for documents and funds preperation. so far i have collected all the documents however i am little sad that singapore police need proof from canada that i need PCC. until then they will not process my pcc. its not like that for some other countries. hhhmmm that will delay my process by 3 or 4 weeks more. so now nothing juz wait for AOR than send proof to singapore that i need PCC for immigration canada. and 1 month delay means a lot for me....singapore why u have alwayz so strict rules and makes our life difficult.

for fund i have collected the money and fixed in account so that i can submitted when they ask for.

IT SEEMS LIKE MARCH APPLICANTS R GETTING THEIR AOR THEN OUR TURN....THANK YOU EVERYBODY
GUYS MAY GOD BLESS ALL OF US AND GIVE US STRENGTH

Can anyone tell when does that 120 days period start? When AOR is issued OR when your application reached CIO?

The 120-day period starts from the time the AOR is issued. These days, the AOR comes by email so you'd know pretty soon when the countdown starts! :)
All the best.

I have attached a copy of my IELTS score as well, for the same reasons as STS. Since I had the doc, i attached it although I was not sure if it was requested at this stage or not.
