anaways wat happens wen ur case get transffered ,does it mean they started processsing it.??

I think when buffalo consulate is backed up with many cases it transfers some files to other consulates. Actually its a catch it might get processed fast or it might stay there for a while and your counter gets reset, as the email is saying not to contact them before 90 days but seeing speed of pasi's file I am really optimistic with New York consulate. Lets wait and pray hard to get through.

I believe it might as they check the history/profile of the employer, I read somewhere some people abuse this to complete 67 points. These are actually verified by HRSDC before approval, but I think they might randomly check.
