It took them 15 days from the day the package was delivered at the VO till I got the phone call informing me about sending the medicals by DHL. I hope you attached all needed documents and personal photographs.
But, I don't know if we can take Cairo VO replying timeline as a reference to London's.

These kind of visa office errors makes them seem very inhuman indeed

Now I know why my complaints should be very limited . I think your case takes the cake.
Can someone from CIC please apologize for obvious over reaching estimations that are not holding true in all cases ??? ??? ???
I am thinking at this point some applications may be unlucky enough to reach the 18 month mark
And the early birds seem to be the guinea pigs too!
