Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete
We received your application for permanent residence on November 5, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 21, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Immigration number B05

I send mail to CIO on 8 March and inform CIO that I haven't received response. CIO send me mail on 9 March that my file is pending further
review by an officer and I will be contacted shortly. Passed nearly one month after that but my application status said the same (sent you a letter on February 21, 2011)

They don't resent me mail.

i think you have got PER , but somehow the individual who responded to your inquiry was only able to see what you see and responded with generic "your file is under further review" (which it actually is, since it has to be reviewed by VO).

The access to immigration files may be restricted to CIC Officers and it's possible that the ones who respond to email inquiries are contractors who are instructed to respond by generic scripts ( if you see on ecas A send response B, if you see C send generic responce D and etc.)

Did you apply individually or through the immigration consulting firm?

Thank you canada0801, for your precious thinking. I apply individually, but when my application get into trouble, my brother-in-low from Canada became my unpaid representative and contacted CIO.

I would like to know, If CIO send me NER (be away from all of us) on 21, February, whether in this case my e-case would be decision made?

I have a 2nd AOR from New Delhi VO. I recently applied for a new passport as my first passport was going to expire in a few months. I will get it in a few days. My question is;

If I get a passport request from ND VO , do I send both the old and the new passports or just the new one?I had sent a copy of my first passport with my original application to CIO.

Hi They specifically ask for the current and any old passports. So you have to send them both. it should be mentioned specifically in the letter for med request and passport.

Thanks. Do you know how long do they hold on to the passports? My old one has some valid visitor visas and in case I need to travel, I won't be able to.

Hey viktoria i think that is ur Per i can see letter starting from B right at the bottom. Though u didn't get any email, hope other experts here in this forum can suggest more...
and i think email inquiry from online are just automated services, they mention the same to everyone.

Cheers Engy. Best of luck to you too. I believe it's a matter of "hours" till you get your request for medicals. Cairo VO are quite fast on our applications.
