Thank you canada0801, for your precious thinking. I apply individually, but when my application get into trouble, my brother-in-low from Canada became my unpaid representative and contacted CIO.

I would like to know, If CIO send me NER (be away from all of us) on 21, February, whether in this case my e-case would be decision made?

All you can do is wait to get an update.

To me it looks like you've got PER rather than NER because you should have received your file back or instructions on how to request a refund if it was NER. In any event, it's just a guess. Too many missing parts of a puzzle.
You can search in this and other forums for similar cases and see if you can get a better idea.

I need your help and advice. I applied as pharmacist NOC 3131 for visa office London . CIO recieved my file on 14 October 2010 .Since that date I did not recieve any reply from CIO . I sent an enquiry on 6 January for FSW they replied me the file is awaiting assesment . Since thas date I did not recieve any email from CIO (PER or NER } . I checked e CAS many times since thas date ,It is not available . I checked eCAS on 31 March , it was surpersing to me ,It is available as.Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE' and inside the link I read,
We received your application for permanent residence on14 October 2010 (App received by CIO date).We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on 10 February .(Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Realy it is surprie but I did not recieve this email I am sure that , I am ckecking my email regulary and even Junk mail . For me what is the situation . I do not know any details about my file . Where is it now . Is it recieved by visa office or not . What is yor advice to contact CIO to resend email or contact London visa office to get information , I am afraid that they regestered my email wrongly , so no way for any conyact with me. thanks for all memmbers for there cooperation.

It seems that you didnt get the email which they sent either PER or NER, i hope it was PER, well i am sure that your file is not with VO or it will be soon but for now you should send enquiry to CIO and tell them abt not receiving any email..

Well, same thing happened with one of the forum member and he later asked and received the copy of the original missed email.

In the meanwhile, keep checking your ecas i hope you will soon see "Received by Visa office"

Send them an enquiry at:

Just tell them you would like an update on your case...once they send you a reply (which can take upto 20 days) then u'll get the PER !!!! Good Luck !!!

also, if we change job do we need to notify VO along with new job appointment letter and relaese letter of the previous company?

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 12, 2011.

Is that my 2nd AOR or is it something else. Advice please.

Thanks. Do you know how long do they hold on to the passports? My old one has some valid visitor visas and in case I need to travel, I won't be able to.

It could be upto 4 months in some cases. I am afraid that you wont be able to travel anywhere during that time period.
