Hi mayank,

You do not need to submit the payslips or the original appointment letter. The documents you have gathered (notarized contract copies, original reference letter with the business card of the person and the forms) should suffice. There is no need to add anything in addition to the requirements mentioned by the CIO/VO. All the best.

hi...we all in the same situation...not a single day goes by that i worry what if I missed something in my application... :(

i know we all did our best but we are not experts and were really under pressure to submit the application on time so lets wait and see and hope everything goes on well...november applicants may start getting PER's in March hopefully....

Now I am hoping that if my application gets returned it better happen soon so that i can resubmit before NOC 3113 reach 1000 cap...

I have inquired about my application and they said "application currently under review, and acknowledged that BD already encashed."
so u may want to inquire about the status of ur application as well..

best regards
ash

Hi String: Seeing that your CC has been charged I don't think you will learn anything more about your application other than it is under review at this point. If you go over the yimr when those around your date are getting their PER and you see nothing in your emails, then you might think about making a request for information. Try not to stress too much. Having fees taken should give you confidence that you did a great job with your application and it is probably progressing just as it should. Hope you enjoy your weekend.

Hi all & seniors,
two of my friends claimed that they have applied mar10,2010 & starting of 2010 in REG NURSE CATEGORY,her blood sis is there, and never submitted IELTS results. Now she got PR and leaving for Canada on this May.Is it true?
Can anyone remember when THE system was started with IELTS submiSSION within 120 days?
If ur education was all in english, can we submit a letter for proficient in language by which u will be escaped from IELTS?when it was started and later demolished?
Is there any truth in their statements?
If it is true,y should we have to write IELTS?We can all submit a covering letter.
they all processed with help of agency.
can anyone calrify?

Hi!!!I am new in this forum...Thanks Indira for your support. :D

I believe the IELTS requirement for ALL began in April 2010. Up till then you could provide "proof" of proficiency which left it to the judgement of the VO how many points you would gain. Even if you are from ENGLAND or other English speaking countries, you and everyone else have to provide an original IELTS result. No exceptions.

Dear all,

I have got all my documents Notarized. I have one question that there is only round notary seal & True copy seal with his signature. Is it Ok or will do trouble ...?

notarized documents:
According to CIC guideline,to have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:
• I certify that this is a true copy of the original document‟‟
• the name of the original document
• the date of the certification
• his or her name
• his or her official position or title
• his or her signature

hope a fruitful week for prospective PER reciever.

Well, it's true that we may not be going as fast as we would like to be, but let's be honest; we would want to get the visas on the same day we apply. That of course is not possible. Comparing our situations to those of earlier applicants like the 2005 batch who had to wait for 4-5 years for their visas, we are waaaaaaaay better off. So compared to them, we are definitely 'fast track'.

yes i agree with you. one of my friends applied in 2004 and r still waiting.

Best of luck to all
