I think having to wait 4 months before hearing anything at all creates enough anxiety as it is. But then add to that all the horror stories we hear such as Travel Dream and CanadaJimmy regarding CIO's utter incompetence and the anxieties just keep on coming!

All we can do is wait, but I won't feel totally "confident" until we actually have the visas in our hands. So many things can go wrong before then!

of course my brother you know it is not easy to wait all this period of time and then you get to know that CIO may got somthing wrong like travel dream and before that we heard about alot of stuff like that

Anyway we don't have anything to do except praying and holding tight to the hope we waiting in the future
and god knows how much you are guys are so close to me

Akrum66 is moved to 18th August. : It means PER allocation is going as per sequence. I think CIO is taking around 114 days on an average to issue PER after Application received date at CIO. :-[

Hi Gang,

I had emailed CIC regarding the status of my application as i need to submit updated forms to CIC/VO. I received a prompt reply from them however it only lists that the application is under assessment, but it does have a "B" number (reply)... I am confused as according to some members CIC is working on applications from october. However it seems strange that my application sent in August is still under review. Hoping for the best...
