Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hi guys,
I emailed to CIC,Canada regarding not finding application status online.
Their reply just have found few seconds ago, is as below-

"Good Morning,

As stated in the email you received 24 Nov 2010. Your file has been transferred to the visa office in Singapore for further assessment. Any future enquiries you have regarding your application should be sent to the visa office.

As our office no longer holds your file we cannot comment on the status.

Thank you,

Jt"

I will contact visa office with in very short time.
But ,doubt, they will not answer properly.
Application after 26June, anybody has any experience regarding online status.
Share please.

Respecting everyone feelings and emotions, I suggest to use less graphics in this thread, it is going slow days by day.

It would be in the benifit of all.

With all the PTPS on this thread, I am surprised that no one has complained it seems to be taking a lot longer for the page to refresh when you hit F5...or is it just ME???? (I even tried it on my laptop for comparison, but it is still slow.) I know so little about computers, is it possible we are overloading our thread? Or do I have to learn to be more patient with THIS, too????? LOL May those who are finalizing their documents get up the courage to send them off, and those who are w a i t i n g, find something enjoyable to do until Monday!! I have joined at a time where there were very few of us here and now when it grows older and more professional thanks to your skills and efforts. I will be happy to see you all accomplishing what is meant to be positive in our lives all. According to the letter from CIO, i have had my BD enchashed on the 15th of september Now i am concerned about the police clearance date expirey. do you have any idea if it is 3 months or a year time line since i didn't send any pccs yet. Anyways, all the best for coming PERsss

Let me tell you one thing about police clearience certificate. If you were residing in any country in the past or once you left the country and then if you had got the PCC of the time you have been in tht country there is not need to get the PCC again from the same country.
The PCC of that country will be accepted by the CIC but you have to write a expletation letter with your application that " I was in USA from 2001 to 2003 and then i come back to india. From india i got the PCC of USA from 2001 to 2003 in 2004. Now i never been to USA again once i come back so i request you to except this police clearience certificate. As a proof i am attaching teh copy of my passport and you can find that there is no any kind of visa stamp of USA once i come back."

For security you also apply for one new one as well. I had did same in my case and they except it. I also got the new one as well bet still date no one from CIC or VO had asked from me.

Thank you for this information. I have sent updated PCC to CIC recently. One PCC for my daughter was aquired from Tokyo, but it was more than 6 months old, in a sealed envelope.My daughter left Tokyo after that. Her passport shows this clearly. I am still afraid that this might get rejected.
