Can anybody pls tell the mailing address of Buffalo Visa Office.
I need to mail some documents regarding my work place changes after the receipt of PER

Yay. So rather than having to wait on the phone to be told "Your case is under review, you will hear within 33 weeks", you can now spend a few minutes filling in an online form to be told in writing "Your case is under review, you will hear within 33 weeks".

Twas the night before Christmas and all through Visa Forax
Not an applicant was stirring, not even dear Qorax
The packages were hung around Sydney with care
In hopes everyone's PER soon would be there.

The immigrants were nestled, all snug in their beds
While visions of Maple Leaves danced in their heads.
When up on the internet there arose such a chatter
Wayne sprang to his desk to see what was the matter.
Back to the keyboard he flew like a flash,
Hit F5 again and the silly thing crashed!

But what to his wondering eyes should appear
But an email from Sydney and a case of cold beer.
With a twist of the wrist, so lively and quick
He knew in a moment it wasn't a trick.

More rapid than PERs, the Med requests came
Everyone whistled as they read out their name.
So up from the laptop the good news flew
Anil filled the spreadsheet a glorious BLUE.
A wink of his eye and a nod of his head
Soon gave us to know we had nothing to dread.

I send every good wish to our worldwide friends
You'll be happy to know that I've come to the end!

My IELTS expired along the way before it reached the CIO. It was sent on Oct. 5, but until now I don't have any idea about
it's status.I'm in the Phils. may I also know your country so I can have an Idea why it took so long to receive a returned package.

I think we have the same case about IELTS..... it was supposed to expire on Oct 8 (1 year, as required by CIO)..... gud thing they received my application kit on the 24th of September..... as per my inquiry with CIO thru email, I already have my Client ID, I assume that it reached them in time before it expired..... Actually it took me three times to send my application due to some "small" mistakes and the whole package returned in less than a month....

I can see by your details that you plan to move in Canada in January. Isn't it too hard to go in mid of winter, when everything is under snow and it is hard to find a job and appartment... and all this winter difficulties just from the first days?

As far as winter is concerned,India is chilling already as well. 8) 8) 8)
Regarding job,I wish to do some upgradation courses 1st then only look for jobs ,and courses intakes are in Jan/May/Sep. So I have no other option.
On top of all,it's 5 months since my visa has been granted so I hope now it's the need of an hour to roll the balls.

Thanks Beaanddrei for replying, do you mean it took only less than a month to receive a returned application in the Phils.
Mine was already more than 2 months and no news yet, what can you say about my IELTS , it expired 5 days before they receive it.
UPS said it can be delivered in just 3 days but it took more than a week in reality.

I did send my PCC but i believe it's expired , I thaught it's better to send it as i already have it and if it's not accepted i would have to issue it again
but now i think my application can be returned because of that.
Also mo My DD i can not find out if it has ben cashed or not yet, my bank tells it cann't be known to them

Well guys after watching some dates here I noticed
=About 3 weeks to cash the DD or charge the CC
=About 14:18 weeks to receive AOR
Right?
