I applied for CAIPS notes and received them a couple of weeks ago. They were GCMS notes.
Unfortunately I did not see any progress at all.
From what I understand they have not made any updates to my file since I got that PER whatever in Feb/March.
I can share more specifics from it but in essence spending time reading it over and over only frustrates me.
The only piece of information I received from the GCMS was a paper file number in addition to the E####### number that was provided in the PER letter.
I applied on Oct 18, 2010.
The pdf I received as the notes does not allow me to copy text so I'll type some of the information here.
Please do let me know if there are any codes here that make any more sense.

No I have never heard of it. But if you find something let me know. I'm tired of Buffalo. My Caips have not arrived. They probably will arrive in 2 weeks.
