Yesterday we received our MR + RPRF from our consultant, the letter from CHC was dated 25 July 2011. Me and my husband are scheduled for medicals on Saturday 13 July 2011.

Yup ........ NOW life has become a naught for me ........ so a-Nil - It is a deliberate one (& you did notice that).... What else should I say .... trying to make (mend) things as soft as possible ..... :'( ...... Not et all related to immigration. One thing is sure ...... NDVO is taking too long a time to do anything (except sleeping).

I presume when you say "heartening" it was a typo and you meant "disheartening"?

I live in Loughborough which is in the middle of the country and has so far not been affected because it is not a major city. However, there has been rioting in Nottingham which is only 20 miles (30 km) away.

And as for "who cares", I do, for starters. 3 of my countrymen were killed last night trying to protect their communities from these hooligans.

Congrats to All who have received visa, MR, PPR, and any progress.I have just submitted passport to VO today.I submitted both old and new passports, however, VO returned me back old passports and just took new PP.

@ Anil, delighted to see you again, even you signed as aNil, let me still address you just Anil. Perhaps anil is a blue dye extracted from a kind of shrub.Blue literally radiates a better opportunity and new beginning.I strongly believe that things will be going well for you soon as you have always remained modest and helpful since very early state of this thread.

Just got this email from London VO a few minutes ago.

Dear XXXXX
Thank you for your recent correspondence and for providing the information regarding your son's application documents. After a thorough search of our office, unfortunately we have been unable to locate the documents at this time. In order not to further delay the processing of your application, it may be in your interests to resubmit the documents along with a new bank draft. You should contact your bank who will be able to cancel the draft that you submitted previously.

It is sad that my son's application cannot be located in their office. Thankfully, I have ordered a new bank draft yesterday. I am expecting it today or tomorrow. I have already prepared a new set of application and I am only waiting for the bank draft to arrive.

I live in Hertfordshire and it is still very peaceful here. I am suppose to attend CIIP session next week. I don't know if the riot will affect it.

The London CIIP courses are outside St Paul's which is one of the main business districts of Central London. Don't remember specifically hearing about riots in that area although I have a friend who works near there I can ask him.

Its past 4 months in RBVO and not a word from NDVO. During this period do you think our files have been have been alotted to a visa officer? Do you feel they have gone thru' our files or are are they just piled to catch dust and wait for the applicant to make a CSE? I feel it is? Take the example of Jason Bourne he was in RBVO just like me for months, poor fellow had to make a CSE and I feel thats the time they got up from their slumber and felt he needed to be interviewed. I really dread to make a CSE fearing I will also be called for an interview.

Do give me an insight into this matter.
