Please can someone enlighten me on how I can activate the inbox facility of this forum. I've tried severally to send mails without success. Any help will be appreciated.

currently have 1 year and eight months of work experience in this same

NOC code and I want to travel back to my country to work for additional 5

months to have at least 2 years of experience. Am just wondering if all

the work experience will be summed up by CIC so that I can get the full

17 points for two years but less than three years.

Yesterday, I think, I got the 2nd AOR dated 20 July 2011 from Singapore. and my status is IN PROCESS since July 22. address disappeared 29 July 2011!! :-X

god knows what's going on!! :-\

NDVO is still working & is even working on 1122 applicants.. Some of us( 2010 applicants) have received verification calls & emails( to our employers)...

I am back to the forum after a break. Congratulations to all who got their Passports stamped & best wishes for those in the pipeline...

Praying that we all get the Canadian VISA very soon.....

Yesterday we received our MR + RPRF from our consultant, the letter from CHC was dated 25 July 2011. Me and my husband are scheduled for medicals on Saturday 13 August 2011.

I HAVE JUST REALISED THAT MY DAUGHTER GOT A NEW PASSPORT BOOK AS THE EARLIER ONE GOT EXPIRED(LAST YEAR ITSELF).I HAVE'NT YET UPDATED THE LON VO ABOUT THIS . MOREOVER THE MOST IMP IS THAT AM IN LAST STAGE OF VISA APPLICATION AS I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED OUR MEDICALS , LANDING FEE AND PCC IN JUN 2011 TO LON VO BUT THEY STILL HAVE OLD PP DETAILS FOR MY DAUGHTER.THOUGH I KNOW SECURITY CHECKS DOESNT HAPPEN FR KIDS BUT NOW THE BIG QUESTION IS -

SHOULD I UPDATE THE VO VIA EMAIL OR BY COURIER?
WILL THIS DELAY MY PPR LETTER?
WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Hi chuksol,

Yes, you can do that to gain 17 points for 2 yrs;but be careful about the CAP for your NOC. As you have not mentioned the NOC, it will be difficult to predict when the cap will be filled.
