PLEASE HELP ......IM A PAKISTANI NATIONAL visa office is in london im married to a indian girl on april 2010 ...since thn shez in pakistan wd me but she is stl indian national ..i submitted my case on march 2011 now my status is in process from 30 may ....my nxt step will be mr n pcc inshllh .....but i hav a problm wd my wide pcc as she would be needing ppc from india n pak both so within the mentioned time limit by chc to submit pcc she wont be able to get pcc from india as it will take tym for her to go thr n arrange pcc from thr ........can anyone help me out n sugest me any solution ....n as far as i thnk india wont issue pcc widout her presence ........n indian embassy will take timee ......can i ask for additional time from chc plz help

If your wife is still Indian national, she can get her PCC from Indian embassy at Islamabad.Please visit this website for further details www.india.org.pk
Browse through passport services, and miscelleneous passport services. She is entitled to get a pcc within 14 days without her being present in India.

Yes you can apply for extension of time and send whatever info you have within the time rame and then write an explanation letter explaining the situation. I suggest you to straight away apply for the Indian pcc. As per Danishmaroo,s case London vo accepted his Pakistan pcc even if it was more than 3 months old as he had not travelled to Pakistan since then. I trust it will be the same in case of your wife.

thnx alot ZEDDAM ....i browsed this site got the info be as u mentioned that pcc will we issued within 14days ....but nower is the time info mentioned thr are u sure abt the time frame bcz im afraid if my wife will get the pcc on time or not ..........n can anyone plz tel me tht my wife hav applied for pak citiznship also its in process thy say it will take 5 yrs or evn more so asking for indian pcc from indian embassy in pak can it take us in trouble .....PLZ HELP THNX

Hello everybody I am very glad to announce my ECAs status changed to "Decision Made"
Admin please update in both the trackers

Little trouble from last couple of days when I could not able to login into ECAS
I was entering my wife's maiden name as per the application but when I tried with her new surname as per her new PP (with my name) then I can able to login and have a decision made status

Hi All, congratulations to all those who have moved a step closer to the dream and hoping those still waiting hear some goood news soon.

ECAS updated today to Decision made

We drop off our passport at Paris VO tuesday and pick them up thursday, will let you know how it goes.
