May I know how long your file was In Process before you received the MR? Besides,did Warsaw ask you for supporting documents via email or regular mail?

My app has been "in process" since April 6. I got MR April 29 Warsaw VO asked for supporting docs by email.

I am afraid I dont know whats meant by supplementary information either. Thinking about it, that should be included in the updated schedule 1 :-X

Anyways, I wish you will be able to find out about it though it should have been clearly stated by the VO. You can still send an enquiry with Urgent in the subject line.

PLEASE HELP ......IM A PAKISTANI NATIONAL visa office is in london im married to a indian girl on april 2010 ...since thn shez in pakistan wd me but she is stl indian national ..i submitted my case on march 2011 now my status is in process from 30 may ....my nxt step will be mr n pcc inshllh .....but i hav a problm wd my wide pcc as she would be needing ppc from india n pak both so within the mentioned time limit by chc to submit pcc she wont be able to get pcc from india as it will take tym for her to go thr n arrange pcc from thr ........can anyone help me out n sugest me any solution ....n as far as i thnk india wont issue pcc widout her presence ........n indian embassy will take timee ......can i ask for additional time from chc plz help

Well congratx atleast they are working on your file.

Supplementary information forms are different, it depends which one they asked for. Perhaps its a travel history information form they asked from you. Its just my opinion. Wait for seniors to reply and see. good luck.

Thanks for your reply. I have just checked in the visa office specific forms for London and noticed a form that says "SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION Your travels IMM 5562" I had not submitted this form with my initial application to CIO and as they have requested in the e-mail "Completed Supplementary Information Forms for the Principal Applicant". Do you think this is the correct form that I need to fill and send it to the London VO and I am quite confused as to why are they stating in the e-mail FORMS if this is the only ONE form mentioned in the London VO specific instructions. Could seniors please help me with this issue. Thanks...

Thanks....CIC finally debited my debit card today, and the encashment has reflected....I heaved a sigh of relief, at least, that hurdle is crossed now...
Now, I believe the next step is PER - Positive Eligibility Review.....and the lesson I have learned is that I should be patient....
But I want to ask, how is the PER received? Is it by e-mail, courier or regular mail?
And I saw someone post that it takes 30 to 45 days...
I hope we hear more good news here....
