Hi, Mandie,
Thanks....CIC finally debited my debit card today, and the encashment has reflected....I heaved a sigh of relief, at least, that hurdle is crossed now...
Now, I believe the next step is PER - Positive Eligibility Review.....and the lesson I have learned is that I should be patient....
But I want to ask, how is the PER received? Is it by e-mail, courier or regular mail?
And I saw someone post that it takes 30 to 45 days...
I hope we hear more good news here....

PER is by e.mail and you may be getting it in a couple of weeks or so, then it is over to your VO; which I assume is Accra?????
