My e cas was changed to Decision Made from Cio-s Elegilibility Review Completed. (Before Medicals)

If its error then when it expected to get changed ???
I asked my agent that what is the meaning of Decision Made before medicals ???
he is telling that Wait for the letter from Cic to come !!
The status has been changed since 2-06-2011

Please Advice what to do in that case ?
I even cant contact directly to visa office because the agent has put his own address as in applicant address??

Please Suggest !!

file received by NS- 01/12/2010
First AER Received : 28/04/2011

Then on 02/06/2011 the status changed to Decision Made from Cio-s eligibility Review Completed >>>

how we update our file info plz pm me

On the list of menu at the top of this page, click on "PROFILE"
On the next page, top left, under modify profile, click forum profile information
It should give you the list of options to update, complete the relevant sections accordingly and then click "Change Profile" to save your update.

you appear to be getting a raw deal from your consultant.

I think you need to request more specific information from them. If your consultant indeed received a PER mail, then you should demand he sends you out a copy. This is quite significant in that if indeed a PER was issued by the CIO, then your refusal must have been at the visa office level and your consultant should have a correspondence to that effect by now. If however no PER email was issued then you application did not make it pass the CIO eligibility review stage in which case he should also have a mail to that effect by now. The only problem I can see with the latter scenario is that it's most likely too late to do anything at this stage. If you live in the same city or nearby to your consultant, I suggest you request a meeting with him immediately.

Has anyone sent notarized copies of their letters of reference as opposed to original letters from employers and got acceptance through NDVO?

I actually just realized we both have the same submission date for our applications. I also got a belated PER. Got it last week 10th June. It does appear that your application did not make it through the CIO eligibility review stage, i.e you got a Negative Eligibility Review-NER. In which case your consultant should have received an email to that effect by now. The email should outlined your points for each of the areas assessed by the CIO. As I said earlier, the only problem as far as I can see is that it might be too late to appeal that at this stage should you have any ground to challenge for an unfair NER.

as far as i can understand ur applctn recievd by CIO on 1 dec 2010, PER on x marc 2011. , Aor from VO on 28 aprl 2011.

i am afraid to say that a decision has been made...and before medical it will be negative.

Reason can be 1. u dont have education/ qualification required for the NOC u applied for.
2. UR job duties dint match with the NOC code

once u get the letter from VO check the reason...if it is bcos of job duties thenu can reapply once the new quota begins...or check othe occupations which match wid ur job duitiews and reapply in that NOC

per means positive elgblty review..which u recvd on xx march 2011(it is sent thru email)...AOR means acknoldgment of re3ciept by VO which u got on 28 april 2011(which is sent by ordinary post)
