Again ND VO have gone slow..

come on wake up
NDVO had been very fast in processing. I think, NDVO got instruction from CIC to slow things up so that other VOs like Buffelo VO, singapore VO, london VO (which are comperatively very slow) can catch up NDVO ::)

Dr.Hasib

In that case, NDVO will send your 2nd AOR letter to your agent's address via snail mail

Dr. Hasib,

But if you see the total number of visa application at NDVO compare to other Visa office...if they slow down to match with other VO than they will end up with huge backlog...

Hope NDVO come back on its real speed.

You can use this form too: URL LINK. In case their reply is not clear or asking you to wait, do call them for your application & get ready to be on the international call for 30-45 mins. Good Luck!

Thanks Shadab (moabbasi) for your advise.

I tried the link but unfortunately it is not accessible and giving the message "We apologize — we cannot locate the web page you are attempting to access. Please check the URL as the page may have been moved or archived." :'( Do you have any idea why it si so?
Further, i would like to ask form senior members or someone who has gone through such situation that how long CIC takes to reply email query sent to their email address FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca. Today is the 8th day to my email which I sent to CIC on above mentioned address to enquire about status of my application for Permanent Residence.

Thanks & Regars,

:'(

Spokes,

Just in case you missed my earlier post, we're talking about those applicants who have seen some activity on their application but are still RBVO instead of 'In Process'. I am not necessarily complaining about the length of time they are in RBVO or I would have mentioned my name as well.

JB

Yeah, I understand what you mean! Thats exactly what I am going through! I got a notification for PCC and still RBVO and no medicals yet! We haven't gotten any MRs from Accra for anyone else for that matter ???

i was in similar situation. I've changed canadian mailing address of my consultant to mine. I've sent a letter (by mail) to my VO asking for change and they've changed it. I got my MR on my address.

Gotcha !!!

So, the theory that VO starts processing the applications after changing ECAS to 'In Process' is just a theory. They may process (or atleast look at) the applications even if they have marked it as RBVO.
