Our RPRF and PCCs were delivered to London VO this morning. One ASFI signed for it at 8:51 AM.

Wayne, sorry to hear about your trouble. I used special delivery also and all went well.
Please demand to see electronic proof of delivery should the post office claims that it has been delivered.
We also ordered extra for our PCCs just for unfortunate events like this.

Hi - I ordered extra PCCs but my wife did not so she will have to get them again if we have to re-submit. Royal Mail supervisor phoned me they are still "looking into it". Other items in the same Special Delivery bag as ours have arrived at their destinations so it's not the whole bag which has gone missing - just our item!

They probably won't have an answer until Monday morning so will have to decide then what to do. I can get a new bank draft within a day or two, and we can cancel the old draft if we fill in an insurance form as long as CHC haven't cashed it, and my wife I guess can get new police certificate within a few days if she uses premium service.

So potentially we could get everything ready to send again by next Thursday-ish - but every day waiting for Royal Mail to find the package is a day lost. I think we'll make the decision on Monday.

My wife phoned CHC London, and eventually got through to a helpful lady but she was just a front-end customer service and had no access to our file details. She advised sending a case specific query and marking it urgent to ask CHC to confirm if they received the package or not.

Anyway grats on your stuff arriving, looks like you'll probably be getting PPR before us!

Sure I am all eyes awaiting yours and everyones processing wishing all the best IsA for that I wouldnt mind to call my consultant daily to ask if he already sent it and pass me the tracking number of such a bundle to make sure it sent by courier and follow up on it. I have not read about the new instructions however I would consider the flexibility of the CIO in going through the documents relying on the fact they gave other opportunities for submitting general IETLS and charging credit cards. Wish you all the good and waiting for your case to be processed in a positive way

Hello everyone

Can somebody tell me how we come to know that RPRF fee is encashed. Do we need to verify it from our bank or do we get any notification from the High Commission. I am new delhi applicant and have submitted docs recently to Canadian High Commission, New Delhi.

Kindly advice

Just reached Home and there was a 5 Rupee stamped ordinary letter from High Commission of Canada,,, It is RPRF receipt dated 2 may ( encashed on 4 May:- bank confirmation). Plz seniors tell me how shud i react ... Thank you / Merci on the last line of receipt...
