Finally... aah...Today morning,I have received my daughter's passport from passport office, will be sending same to CHC right away... as today is last day to submit the documents... though I have requested CHC for extension at the time of submitting RPRF and our passports (PA,Spouse)... Still, will try to deliver her passport today itself. Spoke to courier personal, requested him for express delivery, he is ensuring that the passport will be deliver today before closure of CHC office.

I received the receipt for landing fees today. It was issued on the 28th of April.

Now again waiting for In Process . When should i expect ? As from tracker i think VO will take around 2/3 months , as Only one dec. applicant is in process AND no JAN applicant turned in to In process.

Mayank, all pending cases if they are ok with the papers should be " In process" by this month end. As CHC will try to clear the back log before June 30th.

Thanks a ton !!! I sent them a query and will update once we have any response. BTW, when anyone says "got PER" what does it mean ? Is it a letter / an email / a self check on the tracker ? How does the CIO communicate ?

I applied under FSW2 arranged employment for those currently in Canada. My employer gave me a permanent offer of employment but I was promoted since I applied and now I have a different NOC code/job description. My application is currently at the Buffalo Visa Office, I have not received the second AOR yet. When I emailed Buffalo inquiring whether I should send them my PCCs, they responded that I should wait and not send any documents until they contact me. Should I send a letter explaining the job change along with my contract and my new NOC (which remains within the categories required : A, B or O) or should I wait until I get my 2nd AOR? Whenever that is!!

Please advise.

Hi,

What you can do is go to this link and send them a copy of your new LMO and Job letter through Case Specific Enquiry. You can explain them your situation. They usually do not answer but they take action and add these documents to your file.

Cannot be said ... some have completed medicals over a month ago ... no line. Some have completed them a week or two ago and the line's added.

One member has not yet sent in her PP, but had the line added as she had completed her medicals, so the decisive thing one can ascertain is, it's not a precursor to any other news.

Awhile ago, it was a bug too!

And that member has finally sent her passports today!

Mayank also understand by not doing so, all CHC's will be adding up more applications as back log from Jan to April. And fresh lot will come from July.

So they have no choice but to clear ASAP.

Have to say I have a slight difference of opinion here.

By that logic (which is absolutely correct in terms of logical thinking fyi) they should have had very little backlog. Now, we all know where they stand as of today in terms of backlog, don't we?

You are right, but we are only looking at the spreadsheet and the applicants who are there in this forum, how about those who are not here.

I know couple of them those who applied in DEC 2010 and received the visa on 20th April.

I WAS yes but true.

My RPRF DD was issued by ICICI Bank, Bangalore, it is not big deal for the bank to tell you the status of the DD, all they have to do is to put your DD # in there database and Vola the status is displayed..
