How did you know about the delivery status for your medical ?

i know after you go to doctor ( listed by embassy ) you will not able know anything after that.... the

doctor send the medical but you cant know about delivery status ?

could yo tell us about that?

Well after the fiasco when they thought they'd lost my blood sample, I phoned the medical practice to ensure the testing had gone ok. They were planning to send the results to London yesterday afternoon and had already secured a tracking number for the Special Delivery, so they gave me the tracking number so we could maintain it had arrived there safely today.

OK so we're not "dropping it" then? Fine. I tried to drop it, seems you guys were unwilling to.

Firstly, Bkcnbr is not a child. If he has any issues or problems with my opinions regarding his proof of funding, then HE can tell me that. And he's been posting here for almost 5 months, he can speak for himself. And since my opinions were directed at neither yourself nor ammaartahir I really don't care what either of you guys think about them.

Secondly, I very strongly believe we in no way should condone advising people on how to cheat the system. And whichever way you slice it, it IS cheating. If you don't like the word, you don't have to like it. But I am just telling it how it is. I don't post here to boost my ego or gain popularity, I post here to share information and try to help people, but help them the right way, not the wrong way.

Now, I am once again prepared to drop the matter - for the sake of not dragging this issue out and annoying people and making things sound too negative. But it's gotta work both ways - for this issue to be dropped we've ALL got to drop it.

Regarding this fraudulent proof of funds issue we've been discussing - I made 3 or 4 replies to various members here just now, but I have decided to delete them all because they sounded very negative.

I don't wish to give a pessimistic air to this thread, but please understand I feel very strongly that sending false or misleading proof of funding information is wrong.

But since you are very unlikely to change my mind on the subject, and I am unlikely to change yours, I will try to not say anything further about it and shall we all agree to differ?

well bro, I know a case from this forum in which the applicant wrote 13100 CAD instead of the required amount 13801 in the application form and his application was instantly refused at the cio; see the thread below:

OMG, I needed 20,000 and the paper showed only around 10,000 :'(
No nothing heard from cio yet. I sent the application on April 6th and as I follow the spreadsheet, ppl are getting PERs in almost a month, so I think I'll find out more about it in 10 days or so. My fear is that it'll be refused at Visa Office even if the cio issues a PER. In that case, I'll know about the rejection when it is too late to reapply for this yer. What a mess!

At which stage is your friend's application? Has he passed the CIO eligibility review yet (i.e. does he have his PER)?

If you have a file number for him and the file has got to the visa office, then I would sent updated statements to the visa office without delay, quoting name, date of birth and file number.

If your friends application is still at CIO then it's probably just a question of wait and see. If your friend wrote the correct funds on the forms then CIO may give you chance to submit the correct statements, or send it to VO and let them query it.
