Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hello, I am from Kathmandu Nepal and I had studied 2 year (2008-2010) in Nettherlands,. I didnot sent police clearance during application. Dutch official only recieve application in Dutch but I think Delhi Visa office doesnot take in Dutch. How I have to apply police report.

Dear 21 December
Prepare your own application provide details with a forwarding letter . Issue a bank draft for police clearence payment . For details you can follow Ministry of justice website . my sister followed their procedure and able to ibtain their certificate of good conduct .



OR According to CIC procedure is like below:



If you live in the Netherlands
You should apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) from the Ministry of Justice. Applications and further information can be downloaded from the Ministry of Justice’s website

You should mail the completed form to the Canadian Embassy, including a self-addressed envelope to:

Immigration Section
Leipziger Platz 17
10117 Berlin
Germany

The embassy will sign and return the form to you. You should then submit the completed form to the local town hall (Gemeente) office to obtain the police certificate. Once obtained, the certificate should be included in the immigration/visa application package.

If you live outside the Netherlands
You may authorize a representative to obtain the VOG at the Populations/Public Affairs Department of the municipality where you were last registered prior to departure. This authorized person should mail the completed form, including a self-addressed envelope, to the Immigration Section of the Canadian Embassy in Berlin, Germany.

The Immigration Section of the Canadian Embassy in Berlin will sign and return the form to the authorized person. The authorized person must present the completed application form, the embassy's letter of support, a letter of authority, a copy of your identity document and an identity document of the authorized person, with the applicable fees the local town hall (Gemeente) office to obtain the police certificate. Once obtained, the certificate should be included in the immigration/visa application package.

Ok... that means - it's just the ND Passport Office which doesn't issue a PCC with a Photo of the applicant on it. : :-X
