I sent two applications to the CIO, one is pre-June(2010.06), the other is post-June(2010.10). I was asked to withdraw one in the VO stage. I withdrew the pre-June one and got refund from Canada. The ECAS status of post-June one shows "in process". Good luck! Roseapple

Please note that the PCC of FBI takes about 12 weeks to have it. I suggest you submit your application without the PCC. Once you got your PER from the CIO (generally 3~4 months after application), you apply the PCC of FBI immediately. Based on the thread in this forum, the VO will ask for PCC...
