My ecas status is "In Process" .......................... I never got a RBVO status.

Any idea what's going on?

IMHO this is not a correct status. The virus is not completely cleaned from the system ....
After one gets their PER (AOR from CIO), the eCAS must show CIO Eligibility Review Complete (ERC) ...... without the last sentence. Then it should change to RBVO ....... after around 20-30 days (again depends on VO to VO). Logically it should not change to "In Process" or "Decision Made".

So don't worry, wait for a communication from your respective VOs.

You can send the documents to the address mentioned on their Post (Registered or Normal - top left). Same is mentioned on every letter (bottom) that they have sent you. To ease of -

You're probably right. But I believe the volume of applications they handle might be a bit different, and that's probably why some VO's are quicker than others. Ultimately it comes down to being patient, I know is hard, I have lots of trouble in trying to be patient but there's nothing else to do. To put things in perspective,some pre Feb 2008 Applicants have not even received an AOR. So they might be pretty upset that this new system is quicker and getting results faster in some VO offices. Good luck with your application.

Thanks buddy.. So it means we need to send these documents through registered post not from Courier as I think Courier cos. don't take parcels if needs to be deliver at PO Box. Correct??

Is there any system introduced like, who don't have Minimum moderate IELTS band in each section, VOs will ask to provide IELTS score again?

I heard that from one of my friends that this decision has made on last Friday's meeting of CIC but yet to published in websites!
